Performance Teams
$100 yearly performance team fee

If you love to perform, consider the benefits of becoming a member of one of our S3D Performance Teams. It's a great fit for focused dancers looking for an additional challenge and performance opportunities.

RECOMMENDED: Dance Intensive for exposure to all dance genres. Performance teams will have 2-4 performances during the year and one Regional competition in April or May in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, if ready. In recent years, our Performance teams have danced at the Gaylord ICE exhibit, Memory Care and Assisted Living Homes, Side Kicks Soccer Half-time show, Allen American Hockey Intermissions, Willow Bend Mall Holiday Bash and Willow Bend Mall Day of Dance.

Ages 5+ SPARKLE SQUAD I - 1 hour Class
Tap and Acro classes are recommended.
Each class will include 30 minutes of ballet and 30 minutes of jazz.

Ages 7+ SPARKLE SQUAD II - 1 hour Class
45 minute Jazz and 45 minute or one hour ballet class required
Tap, Acro and Intro to Technique are recommended.
Each class will include 30 minutes of ballet and 30 minutes of jazz.

Ages 8 1/2+ SHOW STARS I - 1 hour class
The Show Stars class is the jazz/performance class.
Must also be enrolled in Ballet and Technique class.
Tap, Acro, and Lyrical recommended.

Ages 12+ SHOW STOPPERS II - 1 hour class
The Show Stoppers class is the jazz/performance class.
Must also be enrolled in Ballet and Technique classes.
Tap, Acro, Modern and Lyrical recommended.

Competitive Dance Teams
$150 yearly team fee for all competitive dancers

Ages 8 & up

BALLET/POINTE, TAP, JAZZ, LYRICAL/CONTEMPORARY, MUSICAL THEATER, MODERN, ACRO TEAMS
REQUIRED: Dance Intensive June 28th - July 1st from 10:00am - 4:00pm. Studio 3 staff will teach classes June 28th - 30th with placement on June 30th. Thursday classes will be taught by guest instructor Lisa Woods and OKLA staff.

Competition teams will attend 3-4 Regional competitions February – May 2022 in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and 1 National Competition Summer 2022. All competitive dancers are required to attend one convention in the fall of 2021.

All competition dancers middle school-aged and younger must first participate in a Line before being placed in a small or large group dance.

All competitive dancers are required to take Ballet, Technique, Musical Theater or Jazz in addition to the Line. Other small and or large groups will be formed based on ability and interest in Ballet/Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical/Contemporary, Musical Theatre, ACRO, and Modern.
