S3D Performance Teams 2021 – 2022
$100 Performance Team Fee + Tank Top required and Due Sept 1st
(S3D Backpack and Jackets are optional)


If you love to perform, consider joining one of our performance teams. It’s a great fit for focused dancers looking for an additional challenge and performance opportunities. There are 3 week prep classes in June for extra training and Dance Intensive in June for placement.

Sparkle Squad I: Ages 5-6 (Pink) is a one-hour combination Jazz and Ballet class. Tap and Acro are recommended for additional training.
(June prep classes and 2 day intensive are recommended)

Sparkle Squad I: Ages 6-7 (Purple) is a 30 minute Ballet and 30 minute Jazz class that meet back to back. Tap and Acro are recommended for additional training.
(June prep classes and 2 day intensive are recommended)

Sparkle Squad II: Ages 7½ - 9 - Sparkle Squad II is a 45-minute jazz class and 45-minute or one hour ballet class. Intro to Technique, Tap and Acro are recommended for additional training.

Show Stars I: Ages 9½ + Show Stars I is a one-hour weekly jazz class. Ballet and Technique classes are required. Acro and Tap classes are recommended.

Show Stars II: Ages 11½ + Show Stars II is a one-hour weekly jazz class. Ballet and Technique classes are required. Tap and Acro are recommended.

Competitive Dance Teams
$150 yearly team fee for all competitive dancers

Ages 8 & up

BALLET/POINTE, TAP, JAZZ, LYRICAL/CONTEMPORARY, MUSICAL THEATER, MODERN, ACRO TEAMS
REQUIRED: Dance Intensive June 28th - July 1st from 10:00am - 4:00pm. Studio 3 staff will teach classes June 28th - 30th with placement on June 30th. Thursday classes will be taught by guest instructor Lisa Woods and OKLA staff.

Competition teams will attend 3-4 Regional competitions February – May 2022 in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and 1 National Competition Summer 2022. All competitive dancers are required to attend one convention in the fall of 2021.

All competition dancers middle school-aged and younger must first participate in a Line before being placed in a small or large group dance.

All competitive dancers are required to take Ballet, Technique, Musical Theater or Jazz in addition to the Line. Other small and or large groups will be formed based on ability and interest in Ballet/Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical/Contemporary, Musical Theatre, ACRO, and Modern.
