If you love to perform, consider joining one of our performance Jazz, Tap or Hip Hop teams. It’s a great fit for focused dancers looking for an additional challenge and performance opportunities.
Performance teams will perform at S3D’s Trunk or Treat, Dallas Mavericks pregame and attend 1 competition in April or May.
Performance team commitment is August 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027
S3D Elite Teams
$200 yearly team fee - Due Aug 1

MUSICAL THEATER, JAZZ, TAP, LYRICAL/CONTEMPORARY & HIP HOP TEAMS
Elite competition dancers middle school ages and younger must first participate in our Musical Theatre large group/line or production before being placed on a small or large group competition team.
Elite competition dancers are required to take Ballet, Technique and Jazz in addition to Musical Theatre. Other small and or large groups will be formed based on ability and interest in Musical Theatre, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary/Lyrical, and Hip Hop.
Hip Hop Elite team dancers are required to take Move & Groove technique.
Competition teams will attend 3 Regional competitions February - May in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and 1 National Competition towards the end of June. June classes are required before June Nationals.
Elite Team commitment is August 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027.
Auditions for the 2026-27 teams will be held at Studio 3 on
Saturday, April 25th starting at 12:30.
